At Talented Tails, your pets are family. To make sure everyone stays safe, happy, and cared for, here are a few key policies:

✨ Veterinary Care
If your pet ever needs medical attention while with us, we’ll do our best to reach you first. If we can’t, we’ll make sure they get the care they need right away. You’re responsible for any veterinary costs.

✨ Safety First
Your pets are cared for in a loving home environment with children and resident pets. Please let us know if your pet has any special needs or behavioral concerns so we can keep everyone safe.

✨ Payments & Cancellations

• A deposit may be required to hold your booking.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Cancellations within 48 hours of service may be charged in full.

• Late pick-ups may incur daycare fees.

✨ Emergencies
Please provide an emergency contact in case we can’t reach you.

✨ Abandonment Policy
We hope this never happens, but if a pet isn’t picked up within 7 days of the scheduled end date and we can’t reach you, Florida law considers the pet abandoned and we may have to surrender them to appropriate authorities or rescues.

✨ Photos & Updates
We love sharing happy tails! We may send you photos and share them on social media unless you let us know otherwise.
